Evan Bayles, O.D. brings more than 13 years of professional optometry experience to his role as the President of Bluegrass Vision Care Network, PSC. Dr. Bayles has practiced within the National Vision Doctor of Optometry network since 2020 and specializes in contact lenses, holding MiSight certification for pediatric myopia management.

Dr. Bayles received his undergraduate degree from Ohio Wesleyan University prior to attending Southern College of Optometry where he received his Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree. Throughout his career he has served as both an Ambassador for the National Vision Doctor of Optometry network and as a Lead Doctor on mission clinics for the nonprofit, OneSight, where he volunteered his talents for over a decade.

Dr. Bayles resides in Dayton, KY with his wife and two daughters. When not practicing, he enjoys attending their activities, watching sports and staying active by competing in marathons, triathlons and duathlons.
