Mihir “Max” Parikh, M.D. has spent more than 22 years in the ophthalmology profession. He began his pursuit of ophthalmology back in undergrad, receiving a bachelor’s in biological sciences from the University of California. He went on to earn his M.D. at the University of Michigan Medical School, later completing his residency at New York Eye and Ear Infirmary. He sharpened his skills as an anterior segment and cornea refractive surgery fellow at the Sinskey Eye Institute in Santa Monica.

As President of Regency Eye Care, Inc., Dr. Parikh provides clinical oversight to multiple offices in the state of California. In his personal practice, he specializes in refractive surgery and cataract surgery, a benefit to the doctors he works with as well as the patients.

Dr. Parikh is an active member of the American Medical Association and the San Diego County Medical Society. In his spare time, he enjoys playing tennis, hiking, and exploring the outdoors in southern California where he resides with his wife and two children.
