Paul Myrick

Paul Myrick is National Vision's Senior Vice President of Real Estate, managing the team responsible for real estate holdings across the store and corporate network. In this capacity, he oversees the development and opening of new stores and manages the design, construction, and facilities maintenance of existing locations. He credits a team-minded mentality and strong industry knowledge with his success in this role.

Paul joined National Vision in 2016, with more than 30 years of retail experience. Previously, he led the Real Estate departments at Sally Beauty Holdings, Bombay and Pearle Vision and held similar roles at Kinkos/FedEx, Zales and Discovery Zone.

While the majority of his experience has been with retail real estate, Paul has also managed several corporate office and distribution center capital projects in the U.S., Canada and the UK. He has been an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) since 1990 and holds a B.A. in Finance and Real Estate from the University of North Texas.

A native of Baytown, Texas, Paul is now based in Duluth, Georgia, with his wife Shannon. The couple have two daughters and share a love of the outdoors, with favorite pastimes including hunting, fishing, and boating.
