Patrick R. Moore
Priti Patel, OD
Megan Molony - SVP of Merchandising and Managed Care
Currently serving as SVP of Merchandising and Managed Care, Megan Molony joined National Vision in 2017, and brings nearly 25 years of experience in the optical industry.
She most recently spent time at Essilor as VP of Integrated Services where she was responsible for the overall development of the portfolio of services for Eye Care Professionals. She partnered with Eye Care Professionals and their affiliated organizations to develop and deliver best-in-class solutions in areas including supply chain, frame merchandising/inventory management, visual merchandising, optical shop operations, staff training, patient experience and practice life cycle management.
Prior to Essilor, Molony spent 20 years at Luxottica, in key executive roles within LensCrafters and Pearle Vision, where she led corporate and franchise product and pricing strategies. She also held key roles in Operations, Managed Vision Care Strategy, Innovation, and Pricing/Promotional strategy.
Molony holds a Bachelor of Science, Retail Management degree from Purdue University.
